HERBS

Rosalee de la Foret is a friend of mine so I may be biased but I do love her books and have spent many a happy moment in my kitchen using her books as my guide. The information is very well laid out and the pictures are beautiful. The recipes are also approachable and make a great addition to one's herbal library.

Another well-respected herbalist, David Winston, wrote a book on Adaptogens and I have been using his books as a reference for organizing my herbal medical materia on herbs. He includes some history about each plant as well as dosage recommendations and any contraindications
